ThunderCore (TT)
A Public, Scalable, EVM-compatible Blockchain.- ThunderCore is an EVM-compatible, scalable public blockchain. The network uses PaLa, a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus protocol.
- Node operators can freely join the ThunderCore network and earn ThunderToken (TT) in exchange for running the network.
- The project utilizes incentives and slashings to guarantee good behavior and the security of the blockchain.
- The TT token is the native utility token of the ThunderCore blockchain, and can be used as gas fee for smart contract executions and simple transactions, as well as a medium of exchange within the network.
1. What is ThunderCore (TT)?
ThunderCore is a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) public blockchain with EVM-compatibility. The project aims to solve the blockchain scalablity issue with its unique architecture powered by the PaLa consensus algorithm.
PaLa is a BFT consensus protocol that aims to achieve low latency and high throughput in a partially synchronous network setting. For each block production period (epoch), a single block proposer will be selected, while all other nodes participating in the consensus algorithm will vote on the validity of proposed blocks.
To optimize throughput of the network, the PaLa protocol supports a proposal pipeline feature, which allows for consensus to proceed a certain pre-determined number of blocks at a time. The proposal pipeline allows newer blocks to be buffered while older ones are still being voted on.
The TT token is the native utility token of the ThunderCore blockchain. It is used for transaction gas fees, as well as staking and governance.

ThunderCore has focused on community building in the United States, China, Korea, South-East Asia, and Europe. Community development will gradually expand to other regions of the world.
Current community growth strategies of ThunderCore include:
- Conducting a local manager program to promote localization.
- Regularly hosting AMAs and quizzes to engage with the global community.
- Hosting accelerator programs to engage with developers on the ThunderCore blockchain.
- Partnering with DappBirds to promote the ThunderCore blockchain as well as decentralized applications on it.
