The AC Milan Fan Token (ACM) is a utility token that gives AC Milan fans a tokenized share of influence on club decisions using the Socios application and services. The token serves as a membership key that allows users to compete for exclusive rewards, club recognition, and more.
ACM token holders can vote via smart contract on various "fan decision" polls published by AC Milan. AC Milan is contractually bound to act according to poll results.

2.2 ACM token release schedule
The ACM tokens held by AC Milan has a monthly linear vesting schedule of 6 years, of which 4,000,000 ACM tokens are released in the first year and 3,200,000 ACM tokens per year for the following 5 years, starting from February 2021.
